Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to stop BittuAI from accessing your Facebook, Instagram, Threads or Messenger data, and how to have the data we received from Meta deleted. Sahinov Pvt Ltd operates BittuAI. For YouTube data, see Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect an account (immediate)

1. Sign in to BittuAI and open Settings → Social Accounts.
2. Find the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads profile you want to remove and choose Disconnect.
3. Confirm. We stop accessing that account straight away, permanently delete the access tokens we stored for it, and the account’s content disappears from your workspace.

2. Remove BittuAI from Facebook, Instagram or Threads

You can also revoke access from the Meta side at any time, which stops all further data from reaching us:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or “Apps and websites”) → select BittuAI Integration → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions (or “Apps and websites”) → select BittuAI Integration → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → select BittuAI Integration → Remove.

Menu names can differ slightly between Meta apps and versions.

3. Ask us to delete your data

To have the data we received from Meta deleted from our systems, email subhash@sahinov.in from the address on your BittuAI account with the subject “Meta data deletion request”, and tell us your workspace name and the Facebook Page, Instagram username or Threads username concerned (or ask for all of them).

• We confirm receipt by email with a reference number, normally within 3 business days.
• We complete the deletion as soon as possible and within 30 days of your request, and email you when it is done.
• If you only want to delete your whole BittuAI account, you can say so in the same email.

4. What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleted for the accounts concerned:

• Access and refresh tokens and the account’s profile details (name, username, picture, follower counts).
• Posts, media and captions imported from, or published through, that account, and the comments and mentions we collected.
• Messages and conversation history received through Messenger or Instagram, and contact details obtained only from those messages.
• Performance insights and analytics history for the account.

What we may keep, only where the law requires it: billing, tax and accounting records, and security or abuse-prevention logs. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. We do not sell Meta data and do not keep it for any other purpose.
