Social Hub is the free, user-operated foundation — manage it yourself. Studio lets you automate it with AI through credits. Signature lets BittuAI handle it end-to-end as a custom monthly service. You can start with one and add another as your needs change.

Yes. You control your connected accounts, brand information, content, and publishing decisions. Studio work can be reviewed and edited, and automation follows the schedules, approvals, and limits you choose.

Social Hub brings your supported social accounts, content planning, calendar, content library, conversations, contacts, leads, and performance visibility into one dashboard. It is the place from which you operate your social media yourself.

Yes. Social Hub is the free core service, and you do not need to buy AI credits to start using it.

No. You can create an account and start with Social Hub without entering payment details. Payment is only needed when you choose to buy Studio credits or agree to a Signature package.

Social Hub is user-operated. You decide what to plan, schedule, and publish. If you later enable Studio automation, you can define its approval and publishing controls separately.

Studio uses AI to create platform-specific captions, scripts, visuals, and coordinated campaign content — including title, description, and script outlines for YouTube and TikTok videos. It also supports repeatable marketing workflows, repurposing, scheduling, and optimization with user-defined controls. Full video production (an actual edited, narrated video file) is a separate service, Signature by BittuAI.

Not on its own. For YouTube and TikTok, Studio's AI generation produces a title, description, and script outline — a plan for a video, not a rendered video file. Turning that outline into an actual edited, narrated video requires Signature, BittuAI's produced-for-you video service.

Studio Create is for individual content pieces, Studio Campaign coordinates multiple deliverables around one goal, and Studio Automate supports recurring workflows and automation. They describe increasing scope; Studio usage is paid with credits rather than a required recurring subscription today.

A credit is the pay-as-you-go unit used for AI creation and automation. The amount used can vary with the format and production work requested, so BittuAI does not promise a fixed number of posts or videos per credit.

Yes. You can top up from the available credit packs without changing your Social Hub access. Current pack sizes and prices are shown on the Pricing page.

Not unless you explicitly configure an automation to do so. You can review outputs, require approval, set operating limits, change schedules, or pause an automated workflow.

Signature is a custom, end-to-end branding and marketing service delivered around monthly campaigns. BittuAI works with you on the scope, creates and executes the agreed work, and keeps you involved through review and approval.

Signature Launch is for a focused monthly campaign, Signature Growth is for broader recurring multi-channel campaigns, and Signature Complete is the most tailored end-to-end partnership. Each package is scoped and quoted around your goals.

Signature work is customized by campaign scope, channels, formats, production requirements, and service level. We discuss those needs first and provide a clear monthly quote instead of showing a generic price that may not fit your business.

No. AI usage required to deliver your agreed Signature scope is included in the package quote. Separate credits are only relevant if you also choose to run additional work yourself in Studio.

Yes. Available add-ons can cover additional campaigns or channels, extra content formats, brand setup, WhatsApp and lead workflows, custom automation, or special delivery needs. Email subhash@sahinov.in to discuss the right scope.

Social Hub is free for your first 3 months, then a monthly plan starting at ₹1,000 (higher tiers add more team seats, analytics, and included Studio credits). Studio is pay as you go through AI credits on top of any Social Hub plan, while Signature is quoted as a custom monthly campaign package with optional add-ons. This keeps software usage and done-for-you services commercially separate.

Social Hub does not have a recurring fee today, and Studio credits are purchased as needed. Cancellation terms for Signature are set out in the service proposal you approve because its scope and delivery commitments are customized.

Refund requests are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. Email subhash@sahinov.in with your request and order details, and we will review it directly.

No. BittuAI does not promise a specific refund window or automatic eligibility today. Each request is reviewed individually rather than processed by an automated policy.

Unused credits remain on your account for future Studio use. There is no automatic expiry or forfeiture process today.

Credit-pack payments are handled by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. BittuAI does not receive or store your raw card details.

Your brand context can hold information such as identity, audience, products, tone, visual preferences, calls to action, and campaign history. Studio uses that context for AI-assisted work, while Signature uses it to guide custom campaign delivery.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with database-level access controls separating each workspace's data. See the Security & Trust page and Data Security Policy for the complete details.
