Pricing questions
What happens if my wallet balance is too low?
The send is blocked until you top up. Messages never go out on a negative balance, so you can't run up a surprise bill.
Do free-text replies really cost nothing?
Yes. Any message you send within 24 hours of a contact's last message to you is free, per Meta's own service-window rules -- BittuAI doesn't add a fee on top.
Is there a monthly plan I need to be on?
No. There's no WhatsApp-specific monthly fee -- you only ever pay for the messages you actually send, deducted from your wallet as you go.
Why is there a 25% margin on top of Meta's rate?
That margin is BittuAI's platform fee for the dashboard, shared inbox, contact management, and delivery tracking built around your own Meta connection -- shown transparently as its own line item instead of folded into a bigger number.
